摘要
现有的背压式汽轮机机组由于没有低压回热加热系统,在电厂运行中经常不得不用大量压力较高的排汽加热补水。事例计算证明,这将引起甚大的热经济损失。为减少这种损失,提出了研发带有低压级组的背压式汽轮机机组的建议,可用其低压回热抽汽及排汽来加热低温补给水,在不增加进汽量条件下,高、中压机组可分别增发12%、20%以上。这将大大提升机组的经济性,对于我国节能减排战略的实施具有重要意义。
Since the existing back pressure steam turbine is lack of LP regenerative system, it has to use high pressure exhaust steam as heat make-up water, which may cause considerable thermal loss according to calculation. Therefore, in order to reduce the heat loss, the design for a new type of LP steam turbine with back pressure is recommended. That implies that the LP regenerative and exhaust steam are applied as heat make-up water which can increase the output of HP and IP steam turbine by more than 12%, 20% respectively. This shall remarkably improve unit's economy, which is significant of energy conservation in China.
