摘要 介绍了M701F单轴联合循环机组低油压联锁方式,在执行机组低油压联锁试验中发现直流润滑油泵联锁启动后其出口压力起压过慢的异常现象,分析检查后认为,引起润滑油供油压力起压慢的主要原因是直流润滑油泵积空气,通过将直流润滑油泵出口最小流量孔由管道水平位置改至顶部,解决了直流润滑油泵起压慢问题,消除了断油烧瓦隐患,可为同类型机组提供借鉴。 The low oil pressure interlock of M701F single-shaft combined cycle unit is presented. The abnormal phenomenon was found that the DC lube oil pump's outlet pressure raised more slowly than normal when the interlock started in the test. Based on analysis, it was concluded that the air accumulation in the lube oil pump was the main reason of the problem, and it could be solved by moving the minimum flow hole from the pipe's horizontal position to the top. This method could also eliminate the risk of bearing burning caused by interruption of lube oil. The experience can be provided as a reference for similar units.
