This study analyzes the characteristics of MATLAB and higher vocational education, and studies the methods of exploring teaching in higher vocational education under the environment of MATLAB. And combined with the Basic Chemical part of the content, the paper gives the the inquiry teaching design examples based on the MATLAB.
