基于公共服务理论的研究范式,根据实地调查和数据分析,并从地方政府、农村非营利组织和农民等方面,分析了滁州市农村公共文化服务的现状及存在的问题,以公共部门为主体,探讨加强农村公共文化服务建设的对策。

The paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of rural public cultural services of Chuzhou, based on the paradigm of the theory of public services, according to field surveys and data analysis, from several aspects of local governments, rural non-profit organizations, and farmers etc, explores to strengthen rural public cultural service measures taking the public sector as the main body.
