痔瘘术后切口固定带的制作与应用

The manufacture and application of incision fixed belt after hemorrhoid fistula operation

目的:自行设计制作一种松紧可以调节、具备固定敷料的固定带,用于痔瘘术后切口敷料的固定。方法:采用自行设计制作的痔瘘术后切口固定带固定敷料;选择160例混合痔和肛瘘手术后的患者,随机将其分为使用切口固定带组及传统胶布组,每组80例,比较两组患者术后皮肤过敏和敷料脱落情况。结果:术后24 h观察敷料脱落情况,痔瘘术后切口固定带组仅有一例敷料脱落,与胶布固定组相比,差异有统计学意义(x^2=13.61,P<0.01)。3 d后观察皮肤过敏现象,痔瘘术后切口固定带组无皮肤过敏现象,与胶布固定组相比,差异有统计学意义(x^2=9.54,P<0.01)。结论:具备固定敷料的痔瘘术后切口固定带,对切口敷料能起到很好的固定作用,避免了患者对胶布过敏所带来的痛苦,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective： To design a kind of elastic band can be adjusted with fixed dressing belt for fixing wound dressings after hemorrhoid fistula operation. Methods： One hundred and sixty patients with mixed hemorrhoids and anal fistula surgery were divided into two groups, on group took the paper tape and the other group took postoperative incision fixation with fixed dressings, comparing two groups of skin allergy and dressing the fixed time. Results： Observing the dressing after 24 hours, only one case of postoperative incision fixation with group dressing fall off, which has remarkable difference compared with the fixed set of tape（χ^2=13.61, P〈0.01）. Observing the skin after three days, the postoperative incision fixation group with no skin allergy phenomenon, which has remarkable difference compared with the fixed set of tape（χ^2=9.54, P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The postoperative incision fixation group with fixed dressings can have very good fixed effect on the incision dressing, avoided the pain of patients allergic to adhesive, and it is worth popularizing in clinical application.
