摘要
目的:通过掌握药剂学发展的新进展,探讨基因药学实验技术在药剂教学的新思路。方法:以基因治疗为思路强化药剂学载体的设计方法,通过基因递送载体研究强化基因载体评价手段,引入基因药学实验技术。结果:熟悉si RNA加载与测定技术并依此进行新药设计,成为药学、化学、生物学和医学相关专业的学生、教师及研究人员必备的知识和技能,明确使学生掌握该知识和技能是生物学时代教学内容改革的重要任务,能够适应生物学时代药学教育教学内容的改革需求。结论:现代药剂学已进入新的发展时期,探讨基因药学在药剂学教学中的作用和应用,使新型现代药剂学的教学具有更广阔的教学内涵和外延。
Objective: Through the development of pharmaceutics, new progress of genetic medicine technology was explored in the pharmaceutical teaching field. Methods: In thought of gene therapy to strengthen the design of phamaceutical carrier, improve the evaluation method of carrier through gene delivery research, therefore introduce the gene pharmaceutical experiment technology. Results: Students, teachers and researchers of pharmacy, medicine, chemistry, biology should understand and master si RNA loading and measuring technology, si RNA carrier with qualitative and quantitative technology. To make the students master the knowledge and skills of genetic medicine technology is an important task in pharmaceutical teaching content reform. Conclusions: In order to adapt to the teaching demand of chemical biology and pharmaceutical science, the application and function of the genetic medicine technology, should be elucidated clearly to help graduate students to master the research progress of the gene drug carrier as soon as possible.
