摘要
目的探讨预见性护理干预对中心静脉导管相关性感染的发生率和患者满意度的影响。方法选取2013年11月-2014年4月行中心静脉置管的患者32例为对照组,采用常规护理方法;选取2014年5~10月行中心静脉置管的患者33例为对照组,采用预见性护理干预方法。结果观察组感染发生率低于对照组（P=0.026）,观察组患者对护理工作的满意度高于对照组（Z=-2.370,P=0.018）。结论采用预见性护理干预方法对置入导管患者易感染的高危影响因素进行准确地判断,能有效降低感染发生率,提高住院患者的满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of predictive nursing on the rate of central venous catheter related infection and patients′satisfaction.Methods Thirty-two patients placed the central venous catheter between November 2013 and April 2014 were selected as a control group and given routine nursing,while another 33 patients accepting the central venous catheter placement during May to Octorer 2014 were chosen as an observation group and provided with predictive nursing intervention.Results The infection incidence of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P=0.026）,but the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that in the control group（χ~2=-2.370,P=0.018）.Conclusions The implementation of the predictive nursing care model can accurately and objectively find the risk factors for catheter related infections,so as to reduce the incidence of catheter related infections and improve the satisfaction of hospitalized patients effectively.
