护理干预对固定正畸矫治患者托槽脱落率的影响

Impact of nursing intervention on losing rate of bracket in adolescent patients with fixed orthodontic treatment

目的探讨护理干预对固定正畸矫治患者托槽脱落率的影响。方法选取2013年1月-2014年12月接受固定正畸矫治治疗的患者104例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各52例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以护理干预。比较2组护理1个月后的托槽脱落率、矫治不同时期的牙龈指数（gingival index,GI）、牙釉质脱矿指数（enamel demineralization index,EDI）及护理后的满意度。结果观察组护理1个月后的托槽脱落率0.24%低于对照组的1.09%（χ~2=4.510,P=0.034）。2组矫治不同时期的GI、EDI比较均无统计学意义。观察组患者满意度高于对照组（Z=-2.435,P=0.015）。结论实施护理干预可有效降低固定正畸矫治患者的托槽脱落率,提高患者的满意度。

Objective To study impact of nursing on losing rate of bracket in adolescent patients with fixed orthodontic treatment.Methods Totally 104 patients receiving orthodontic treatment between January 2013 and December 2014 were randomly divided into an observation group（n=52）and a control group（n=52）.Both groups were given routine nursing,while the observation group was additionally given nursing intervention.The losing rate of bracket after 1month＇s nursing,gingival index（GI）,enamel demineralization index（EDI）and satisfaction were compared between the 2groups.Results The losing rate of bracket was 0.24% after 1month＇s nursing,significantly lower than the control group of 1.09%（χ~2=4.510,P=0.034）.No significant differences were found in GI and EDI at different stages of the treatment.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that in control group（Z=-2.435,P =0.015）.Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively reduce the losing rate of bracket in adolescent patients with fixed orthodontic treatment and promote their satisfaction.
