摘要
[目的]探讨音乐疗法对自闭症患儿语言、行为、社交能力等方面的影响。[方法]计算机检索中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)。检索词选择"自闭症儿童"或"孤独症儿童","音乐疗法"或"音乐治疗",纳入随机对照试验(RCT)研究,对纳入的文献进行质量评价,采用RevMan 5.1进行Meta分析。[结果]按照纳入和排除标准筛选文献,最终纳入6篇随机对照研究,样本共计300例病人。Meta分析结果显示,音乐疗法可改善自闭症患儿情绪(RR=3.02,95%CI为1.93~4.11,Z=5.45,P〈0.000 01)、行为(RR=7.36,95%CI为4.28~10.44,Z=4.69,P〈0.000 01),还可提高自闭症患儿语言(RR=4.05,95%CI为3.38~4.73,Z=11.71,P〈0.00001)、感知觉(RR=4.62,95%CI为1.55~7.69,Z=2.95,P=0.003)和社交能力(RR=4.66,95%CI为1.90~7.42,Z=3.31,P=0.000 9)。[结论]音乐疗法可改善自闭症患儿情绪、语言、感知觉、行为和社交能力。
Objective:To probe into the influence of music therapy on the emotion,language,behavior and social skills in children with autism.Methods:It searched CNKI,Wan Fang database,CBM,VIP.The"autistic children"or"autistic children","music therapy"or"music therapy"were selected as the search words.The literatures included randomized controlled trials(RCT)study.It used RevMan5.1to carry out Meta analysis.Results:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the 6randomized controlled studies were included finally,a total of300 cases of patients.Meta analysis showed that music therapy could improve the mood of children with autism(RR=3.02,95%CI 1.93~4.11,Z=5.45,P0.000 01),behavior(RR=7.36,95%CI4.28~10.44,Z=4.69,P〈0.000 01).It can also enhance the language(RR=4.05,95% CI was 3.38~4.73,Z=11.71,P〈0.000 01),perception(RR=4.62,95%CIis 1.55~7.69 sense,Z=2.95,P=0.003)and social skills(RR=4.66,95%CI was 1.90 to 7.42.Z=3.31,P=0.0009)of autistic children.Conclusion:Music therapy could improve the emotion,language,sensory perception,behaviors and social skills in children with autism.
