尿酸水平与脑卒中预后相关性的Meta分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的采用Meta分析方法评价血清尿酸(UA)水平在脑卒中预后中的价值。方法计算机检索各文献数据库中尿酸与脑卒中预后相关性的随机对照研究,检索时限均从建库至2014年12月。由2名评价者按纳入与排除标准独立评价文献质量,交叉核对后提取数据,采用软件RevMan 5.3进行Meta分析,并用漏斗图评估文献的发表偏倚。结果最终纳入5个研究,分析结果显示,高尿酸水平患者的不良预后风险高于低尿酸水平患者(HR=1.17,95%CI:1.10-1.24)。按性别分组后结果显示,高尿酸水平男性患者的不良预后风险高于低尿酸水平患者(HR=1.20,95%CI:1.09-1.33)。女性高尿酸水平患者的不良预后风险与低尿酸水平患者无差异(HR=1.06,95%CI:0.96-1.16)。结论尿酸水平与脑卒中的预后有关。
