摘要
幼儿园文化是园本教研开展的土壤,幼儿园文化推动园本教研的开展,园本教研的开展会带有幼儿园文化的痕迹。为此,幼儿园文化的建设应该做到:立足幼儿园的自身特点、形成共享的价值观念;构建学习型的文化、提升幼儿教师的园本教研能力;营造合作性的文化、丰富园本教研形式,促进园本课程可持续的发展。
Kindergarten culture is the soil of kindergarten-based teaching and research in that the former promotes the carrying out of the latter,while the latter shows the trace of the former.Therefore,the construction of kindergarten culture requires:the formation of shared values based on the characteristics of kindergartens;the building of a learning culture,the promotion of the teaching and research abilities of the kindergarten teachers;the creation of a collaborative culture,the enriching of the forms of kindergarten-based teaching and research,and the sustainable development of kindergarten curriculum.
