Addition of titanium and its influence on the tensile strength of the joints of AlN ceramics and metals in the Ti Ag Cu active metal brazing technology were studied.Four different ways of titanium addition used are as follows:painting of Ti powders,insertion of Ti foil,direct usage of Ti Ag Cu alloy,and Ti film growth by sputtering.
