摘要
以新疆伊犁产狭叶薰衣草为原料,在单因素试验基础上,采用响应面法优化提取薰衣草叶中的多酚物质.通过对回归模型进行分析,总多酚最优提取条件为:乙醇体积分数为37.61%、料液比为1∶25、提取温度58.15℃、时间30 min,理论预测值4.07%,与实际操作得率4.02%相符合.结果表明,响应面法用于优化薰衣草叶多酚提取工艺稳定、可行.
In this paper, based on single-factor tests,the response surface methodology was employed and opti-mized to extract polyphenols from leaves of lavender angustifolia grown in Xinjiang Yili. The optimal conditionswere 37.61% of ethanol, 1:25 of material-liquid ration, 58.15 ℃, 30 min of extraction time. The extraction efficien-cy of polyphenols was 4.02% confirming the model prediction 4.07%.The results showed that the response surfacemethodology was reliable.
