水溶液共沉淀法制备LaBO_3:Eu^(3+)荧光粉

摘要 利用水溶液共沉淀法合成了形貌统一、高度结晶的La BO_3:Eu^(3+)橙红色荧光粉.利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、光致发光光谱(PL)、红外图谱分析(IR)等分析手段对样品进行了表征.结果表明:所合成的La BO_3:Eu^(3+)为自发有序排列的微米级棒状结晶;以309 nm作为激发波长时,La BO_3:Eu^(3+)荧光粉发出橙红色,对应于Eu^(3+)的4f-4f跃迁,其中以591 nm附近的5D0→7F1跃迁最强. In this paper, the morphology of uniform, highly crystalline La BO3:Eu3+orange-red phosphor was syn-thesized by the Co-precipitation method. The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanningelectron microscopy(SEM), photoluminescence(PL) and infrared spectrum analysis(IR). The results show that thesynthesized La BO3:Eu3 +was spontaneous ordered micron rod-like crystal, when 309 nm is used as the excitationwavelength, La BO3:Eu3+phosphors emitted orange-red, corresponding to the 4f-4f transition of Eu3+, which the 591 nm nearby5D0→7F1 transition strongest.
