利用单片段代换系测交群体定位玉米株高和穗位高的杂种优势位点 被引量:7

摘要 以优良自交系lx 9801背景的昌7-2单片段代换系为基础材料,利用与自交系T 7296构建的测交群体,通过1年2点的田间试验,对玉米株高和穗位高的数量性状位点(QTL)和杂种优势位点(HL)进行了定位。结果表明,单片段代换系群体在2个环境中定位了16个和13个控制玉米株高和穗位高的QTL,其中有8个株高和4个穗位高的QTL在2个环境中同时被检测到。测交群体在2个环境中共检测到9个株高和6个穗位高的HL,分别有2个HL在2个环境中同时被检测到。此外,株高和穗位高分别有3个QTL和HL位于相同的染色体片段上,说明株高和穗位高的表型性状和杂种优势可能有部分相同的基因控制。 In this study, a set of chromosomal segment substitution lines (CSSLs) population was constructed using the inbred line 1x9801 as the receptor parent and the inbred line Chang7 -2 as the donor parent, which was used as the basic martial and was tested with the inbred line T7296, and the QTL and heterotic loci (HL) for plant height and ear height were identified in two environments using two segregated population. A total of 16 and 13 QTL were identified in the CSSLs populations for plant height and ear height, among them, 8 and 4 QTL for plant height and ear height were detected in the two environments simultaneously. In the test population, there were 9 and 6 HL identified for plant height and ear height, out of them, 2 HL for plant height and ear height were detected in the two environments simultaneously. Additionally, there were 3 QTL and HL for plant height and ear height located in the same chromosomal height and ear height perhaps region. The result indicated that the phenotype and heterosis for plant was controlled by some common genes.
