新型农村社区建设效果的居民满意度分析

Analysis on residential satisfaction of new rural community construction effects

依据新型农村社区建设目标,运用因子分析法得出居民对社区建设效果的满意度包括公用设施、就业社保、社区住宅、土地权益和生态环境等5个维度。分析表明,居民满意度较高的主要是社区住宅、公用设施等"硬件"效果;而满意度较低的主要是就业社保、土地权益和生态环境等"软件"效果。政府及相关部门需要加强新型农村社区"软件"方面的建设。

By analyzing community construction objective and using method of factor analysis this paper draws the conclusion that residential satisfaction about community construction effects including five dimensions, public facilities, employment and social security, community and housing, land rights, and ecological environment Further analysis shows that the ＂hardware＂ effects, such as the community and housing, public facilities, contribute more to the residential satisfaction higher, and the ＂software＂ effects, such as employment and social security, land rights and ecological environment contribute less, which suggests that government and related departments need to strengthen efforts in ＂ software＂ construction in the future.
