高职院校在培养技能型人才的过程中不能仅局限于专业知识和技能的传授，还应该注重培养学生的传统文化素养，才能适应当今人才市场的发展需求。传统文化教育在校园中应该立足课堂、走向课外，以多样化形式丰富滋养学生的精神文化生活。

In order to meet the requirements of current employment market development,the students＇ professional knowledge and skills should not only be paid great importance to, but their qualities of traditional culture in the process of cultivating skilled talents in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, the traditional culture education on campus should focus on the classroom teaching, but extracurricular activities, which mean verious courses are to be launched to strengthen students＇ learning,while rich and colorful campus activities are aslo to be held to nourish students＇ spiritual and cultural life so as to effectively promote the traditional culture education in higher vocational colleges.
