基于“三维融合”的城市轨道交通类人才培养模式研究

On the Talents Training Mode of Urban Railway Rail Transit Programms Based on Three- dimensional Combination

针对轨道交通行业发展现状，提出高职院校与轨道交通类企业间应建立紧密的校企合作关系，分析了三维融合对于现阶段城市轨道交通类专业人才培养的重要意义。

Aiming at great development of rail transit industry,the close cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises of rail transit should be established, the importance of three - dimensional combination to the talents cultivation of urban rail transit program is raised, meanwhile some suggestions is also discussed in the paper, which provides a reference for colleges running the programm of rail transit.
