摘要
目的建立一种稳定可靠的颅脑爆震伤动物模型。方法新西兰大白兔15只,对照组5只,其余随机分为2组为实验组,再根据爆震源与颅脑距离分为2.0 cm组及3.0 cm组;对照组无致伤,其余操作与实验组相同;观察动物生命体征变化以及损伤脑组织病理变化。结果 2.0 cm组即刻死亡2只,1只发生肢体抽搐癫样发作,1只出现呼吸骤停,给予立即按压胸廓后,呼吸恢复后频率偏快,1只0.5 h后出现躁动,3只均当天死亡。对照组和3.0 cm组动物均存活,病理提示损伤区神经细胞变性水肿,血管周围渗出明显。结论通过改良爆震伤模型可制作稳定重型颅脑爆震伤。
Objective To establish a stable and reliable animal model of brain blast injury. Methods Fifty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups:control group(n=5) and experimental group which was again divided into 3.0 cm group and 2.0 cm group depended on the distance of detonation origin far from the brain. The control group did not detonated. The changes in vital signs and pathological changes in damaged brain tissue of animals were observed. Results In 2.0 cm group two animals died immediately,one of epilepsied,one of respiratory arrested and was given chest compressions immediately,its respiratory rate was too fast after respiratory recovery;one became insane after half an hour,the they died all in the experimental day,yet. All animals in3.0 cm group and control group were survival;pathological examination displayed neuronal cell degeneration and edema in damage area where vascular leakage was very serious. Conclusion Stable severe brain blast injury could be made by improved blast injury model.
