Demand Investigation of Technical Training of New Nurses before Work

目的：了解新护士对岗前护理技能培训的必要性、培训项目、持续时间以及培训方式的需求,帮助她们以自信良好的心态走向护理工作岗位。方法：抽取江西省各级医院的320名新护士,采用自编问卷,针对不同文化层次,分别进行岗前护理技能培训项目（63项）、培训方式需求的调查。结果：新护士对岗前技术操作培训的必要性给予了很大肯定,希望培训的持续时间集中在7天,培训方式倾向于工作之前集中培训,对63项培训内容的认可程度普遍较高,最高的5项是使用呼吸机病人吸痰、PICC置管术、胃管、气切伤口换药、动脉血气。对岗前培训考核的必要性给予高度肯定,而考核形式倾向于操作考试。结论：岗前护理技能培训应基于新护士对培训项目、方式的需求,有目标、有计划、有针对性地进行,以提高新毕业护士的技能和能力。

Objective： To understand the requirement of the necessity, training programs, duration and training methods of new nurse pre-service technical training, and to help them start nursing work with confident good attitude. Methods：Use self-made questionnaire on 63 pre-service technical training projects to research the training method requirement of320 new graduate nurses from different levels of Jiangxi hospitals. Results： New nurses affirm the necessity of pre-service technical training. Their desired training duration is concentrated in 7 days, and training methods tend to be concentrated training before work. They think highly of the 63 training contents, the highest recognized 5 training contents are phlegm sucking of breathing machine, PICC tube insect operation, stomach tube insect, wound wrapping and arterial blood gas.Their desired test mode is operation exam. Conclusion： In order to improve the skills and abilities of the new graduate nurses,pre-service technical training should be based on new nurses＇ requirement on training program and method,and the training shall be carried out with objective, plan and pertinence.
