本科生职业能力培养困境与对策研究

Research on the Difficulties and Countermeasures of the Cultivation of Undergraduates' Professional Ability

就业问题事关国计民生,随着我国高等教育的快速发展,越来越多的高校毕业生面临就业难的问题。面对严峻的就业形势,高校毕业生本科毕业生所具有的职业能力在求职就业过程中显得尤为重要。我国高校对本科生职业能力的培养历来是高等教育的软肋,存在着重视度不够、课程体系不健全和实际效果不佳的职业能力培养困境。加强本科生职业能力教育,提升本科生职业能力应从课程体系、师资力量、国外经验和社会舆论等加以着力建设。

The employment problem is related to people＇s livelihood. Along with the rapid development of higher education in our country,more and more college graduates are facing difficult employment. In the face of severe employment situation,the employment ability of college graduates is very important in the process of job hunting. On cultivating undergraduates occupation ability in colleges and universities of our country,higher education has always been a weakness. There is not enough,mainly depending on the degree of curriculum system is not perfect and the actual effect of the occupation ability training dilemma. To strengthen the education of the professional ability of the undergraduates,and to improve their professional ability,we should focus on the construction of the curriculum system,the teaching force,the foreign experience and the public opinion.
