可持续发展视阀下高职生职业核心能力培养途径研究

Study on the Way of Cultivating the Vocational Core Ability of Higher Vocational Students under the Sustainable Development

对于劳动者来说,职业核心能力是最基本和最核心的能力。高职院校除了要注重提高学生的思想品质和树立正确的价值观念以外,还要特别关注对学生职业核心能力的培养,促进学生与其他人交流合作,共同解决难题,这样才更有利于学生未来的就业和可持续发展。高校应当充分运用相关内容和教学方法,有针对性地引导开发和培养学生的职业核心能力。

For workers,the core competencies are the most basic and most core competencies. In addition to pay attention to improve students＇ ideological quality and establish a correct value concept,we should pay special attention to the cultivation of students＇ professional core ability,promote students to communicate and cooperate with other people to solve the problem,which is more conducive to the future employment and sustainable development of students. Colleges and universities should make full use of relevant content and teaching methods,to guide the development and training of students＇ professional core ability.
