摘要
党的十八届三中全会公报中指出,人才是成就一切伟大事业的核心因素,是实现"中国梦"的第一资源。近年来我们国家人才培育战略调整主要举措是针对地方本科型院校应用型人才的培育,是我国教学模式的发展趋势。在对照西方国家人才培育经验的基础上,根据国家实际情况探究符合我国应用型本科人才培育的模式,从而促进高等教育发展。
In recent years,our country talent cultivation strategy adjustment is mainly based on the cultivation of applied talents in local colleges and universities,which is the developing trend of our country＇s teaching mode. On the basis of the experience of talent cultivation in western countries,it is in accordance with the actual situation of our country to explore the mode of cultivating the applied undergraduate talents in China,thus promoting the development of higher education.
