浅议毕业生顶岗实习对择业意向的影响因素与对策——以重庆高职高专院校旅游管理专业毕业生为例

On the Influence and Strategies of Internship in Graduate Employment——Taking Tourism Management Major,Chongqing Vocational Colleges of Applied Technology as An Example

高职高专院校旅游管理专业为完成技能型人才的培养,多会与旅游行业、酒店行业、温泉度假企业等进行校企合作,安排毕业生进行顶岗实习实践,然而在实习结束后,学生心理状态不断发生变化,不能继续留在实习岗位,而校企合作单位周而复始的缺乏人才,学生就业选择面临一个相对尴尬又十分现实的问题。本文就是对旅游专业毕业生在校企合作单位顶岗实习择业意向的影响因素进行探讨,并从校方与企业制定长远的实习计划、如何引导实习生就业心态等多方面提出对策。

Departments of Business Administration in Higher Vocational Colleges,in order to complete the students＇ education of professional skills,are more likely to cooperate with enterprises in tourism industry,hotel industry,spa resorts and the likes so as to provide graduates internship opportunities. However,many graduates changed their career employment intentions after that instead of continuing staying at their internship positions. As a result,the cooperation enterprises starved for talents periodically,which inevitably lead to a deep reflection on graduate employment problem. This thesis aims to explore the problem above,and puts forward corresponding suggestions in the aspect of long- range internship planning between college and enterprise and psychological guidance towards graduates and others.
