大学生创业教育管理工作研究——以辽东学院机械电子工程学院为例

Research on Managing Work of College Students Entrepreneurship Education——Taking Mechanical and Electrical Engineering College in Eastern Liaodong University for Example

当代大学生创业教育是解决国家经济发展结构性的重要方法,也是推进国家快速建设和发展的重中之重。目前,我国大部分高校大学生创业教育管理工作观念相对落后;大学生创业教育管理工作基本上流于形式;大学生创业教育管理工作内容不完整;大学生创业教育的管理体系也存在很大的局限性。随着国家"双创"观点的提出,根据多年大学生创业教育管理工作经历和经验,结合辽东学院机械电子工程学院大学生创业工作的实际情况,对机械电子工程学院大学生创业教育管理工作进行了细致的研究,并进行了归纳总结,认为当前形式下做好大学生创业教育管理工作应该按照四个步骤进行。第一步,明确创业教育管理主题。第二步,厘清创业教育管理思路。第三步,辅导员制定创业教育管理计划。第四步,探究创业教育管理实施方法与途径。促进机械电子工程学院以后大学生创业教育管理工作质量的提高。

Entrepreneurship education of modern college students is the important method of solving nationally economic development structure,it is also a top priority of rapidly promoting national development. At present,most entrepreneurship educational managing concepts of college students in higher institution lag behind relatively,entrepreneurship educational managing work basically becomes a mere formality. The working contents are incomplete and there are certain limitations in the managing systems as well. Based on many years＇ working experience of university counselor and combined Education Ministry Education Department with the demands of Eastern Liaodong University,the author has made the profound analysis and drawn a conclusion that we should obey the following four steps. Firstly,clarifying the thesme. Secondly,putting their ideas into shape.Thirdly,working out the managing plan by university counselor. Fourthly,exploring the ways and methods in order to improve the quality of managing work of college students entrepreneurship education.
