摘要
结合高校毕业生在工作中出现的问题,分析其原因,并提出对考试方法的具体改革措施,包括:利用综合题考察学生对于理论的理解、选取典型、复杂程度较低的工程问题作为试题;着重考察学生在遇到实际问题时的理论建模能力,尽量弥补目前高校教育与工程实践脱离的弊端;设置开放性题目,重点考察学生对于理论的理解程度;采用平时作业与期末考试综合考察等,用以解决高校工科考试过程中存在的各项弊端和问题。全文着眼于目前工科毕业生普遍存在的理论与实践相脱节、创新能力不足的困境,尝试采用科学方法指导现代工科教育考试方法的改革。
In this paper,we analyze the reasons leading to problems in the university graduates' work and come up with concrete reform measures to examination methods. The measures are as follows: using comprehensive questions to evaluate the students' understanding of theory; selecting typical and less complex engineering problems as examination questions; investigating the students' theory modeling ability in practical problems to remedy the gap between higher education and engineering practice;setting up open questions to evaluate students' comprehension of theory; adopting the combination of assignments and final exams to solve the problems in engineering examination in universities. The whole paper focuses on the currently prevalent dilemma of gap between theory and practice and lack of innovation in university graduates and tries to use scientific methods to guide the examination reform of modern engineering education.
