浅析高职高专学生礼仪修养现状调查及对策

Investigation and Countermeasures of the Present Situation of the Students' Etiquette Cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职高专学生(以下简称高职生)的道德水平下滑,礼仪行为不端现象已经在一定程度上影响到高职高专高素质技能型人才的培养工作,加强高职生的礼仪修养应引起社会、家庭和学校的重视。本文从高职生提高礼仪修养的必要性出发,通过问卷调查和访谈法,了解高职生礼仪修养现状,并在分析形成高职生礼仪修养现状的原因的基础上提出提高高职生礼仪修养的对策。

The moral level of the students in higher vocational colleges has declined,and the phenomenon of etiquette has been affected to a certain extent. To some extent,it affects the cultivation of high- quality skilled personnel in higher vocational colleges. This article,from the vocational college students,improve the necessity of etiquette training,through the questionnaire and interview method,understand the status of vocational students＇ etiquette training,and in the analysis of the formation of higher vocational students＇ etiquette training on the basis of the reasons put forward to improve vocational students ＇ etiquette training.
