Innovating Organization Life and Serving Base ——The Investigation and Analysis of Teachers' Party Branch Organization Construction Service of the Independent College

独立学院服务型基层教工党支部的组织建设关系着党的教育方针是否能在独立学院得到全面贯彻,是党建工作的立足点。本文基于对三所独立学院的调查总结出独立学院基层教工党支部组织生活的四点不足,并提出五点创新对策与措施。

The organization construction of independent college grassroots staff party branch related to the educational policy of the party is in the independent college,which is carried out in the round and being the foothold of the work of Party building.Based on a survey of three independent institutes,it has summed up four independent college grass- roots staff party branch to organize life limitation and put forward five innovative countermeasures and measures.
