摘要 思想政治教育对象态度的转变是思想政治教育活动研究的重要内容,认知说服理论作为研究态度转变的成型理论,与思想政治教育具有内在的统一性。文章主要从认知说服理论的视角阐述高校思想政治教育存在的问题:教育者专业性、权威性较弱,教育内容陈旧重复,教育方式单一,教育对象需求动力不足,针对问题并探析增强高校思想政治教育实效性的途径:提高教育者的权威性和专业性,凸显教育内容的层次性和时代性,实现教育方式的双向性和多样性,增强受教育者的主体性和需求性。 The transition in attitude of the ideological and political education's object is an important part of the study of ideological and political education activities. And cognitive persuasion theory as the molding theory of studying the change of attitude has immanent unity with the ideological and political education. This article mainly describes the problems existing in the ideological and political education from the perspective of cognitive persuading: the weak profession and authority of educators,the obsolete and repeat education content,the single way of education,and the insufficient demand of education object. In view of above problems,the author analyzes the way to strengthen the ideological and political education's effectiveness: improve the authority and profession of educators,highlight the hierarchy and times of education's content,realize the two- way and diversity of education mode,and enhance the subjectivity and demand of the educated.
