摘要
大专院校的毕业生在其成长性上有着明显的阶段性特征。大一阶段属于适应期和兴趣期,大二阶段是显著的规划期和分化期,大三阶段的主要特点是反思警醒期和毕业、就业压力期交互碰撞。以纵贯法和横断法作为基本的研究方法,以大学教育整体性的视角为切入点,对专科院校大学生的阶梯性进行研究,为思政教育的动态侧重和系统进行提供支撑。
College students have significant stage characteristics in its growth. The most obvious feature is adaptation and interest period in freshman year,planning and differentiation of co- existence in sophomore year and interaction of collisions between reflection and graduate employment pressure in junior year. Dynamic content and system doing focused on Ideological and Political Education is provident support with research on the Colleges Students 'Characteristics of the Stage in basic longitudinal and cross- sectional method and holistic perspective of university education as a starting point.
