"丝绸之路经济带"作为新兴的政府间区域性国际经济组织,开辟了区域经贸合作新格局,有效缓解了TTP和TTIP的推进带给中国国际经贸发展的压力。但成员国发展水平差异巨大,经贸合作面临诸多风险,亟需从区域经贸合作规则、争端解决机制着手构建符合自身发展需要的法律保障机制。考察目前运作较为成熟的经济合作组织,可知拥有健全有效的经贸合作法律保障机制,对区域经贸合作顺利开展意义重大。

Silk Road Economic Belt as an emerging regional international economic organizations,and between the government opened up a new pattern of regional economic and trade cooperation,effective effect to relieve the TTP and TTIP boost pressure to the China international economic and trade development. But the huge difference of the internal members,economic and trade cooperation is facing many risks,need to build legal safeguard mechanism accords with the practice of their own development from regional economic cooperation and trade rules,the dispute settlement mechanism. Current operation is relatively mature in the world of the organization for economic cooperation and economic and trade cooperation can be seen to have a healthy and effective legal safeguard mechanism,the top priority is to ensure that the regional economic and trade cooperation smoothly.
