A Study on Appenticeship Reform in England:Trailblazers Project

学徒制的全面兴盛、《理查德学徒制评论》的发布、学徒制改革的启动是开拓者项目的背景。开拓者项目由各个开拓者团队具体实施,其核心内容是为本行业的一个或若干职业开发具有世界先进水平的学徒制标准和相应的评价方案,从而为整体学徒制改革提供清晰的范例。

There are three backgrounds for the starting of the trailblazers project：theflourish of apprenticeship、the announcement of Richard Review of Apprenticeships and thelaunching of the British apprenticeship reform. Trailblazers Project is implemented by Trail-blazers groups.The core tasks of Trailblazers Project are developing world-class apprentice-ship standards and assessment plans for one or several occupations in its sector.It will pro-vide good examples for the apprenticeship reform.
