摘要
在现代企业经营管理中,非物质激励的地位和作用更加凸显,被越来越多的应用于实践中。但是,由于员工性格的差异性以及需求层次的多样性,导致非物质激励不能准确的、有针对性地进行。为此,本文分析了非物质激励在企业中的实施情况及存在的主要问题,并在九型人格理论的基础上,提出对不同性格员工非物质激励的相应对策。
In the modern enterprise management,the status and role of non- material incentives are more prominent,more and more used in practice. However,due to the differences in levels of diversity and the needs of employees character,it has resulted in a non- material incentives that can not be accurately targeted and conducted. For this,this paper analyzes the implementation of non- material incentives and the main problems in the enterprise on the basis of the Enneagram theory and puts forward countermeasures to different personalities of employees of non- material incentives.
