开放教育和东北财经大学网络教育行政管理专业学习者的调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Students of the Open Education and Network Education Administration of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics

教学是一个教师和学习者互动的双向过程,只有对学习者进行充分了解,才能有的放矢地开展教学工作。文章对开放教育和东北财经大学网络教育行政管理专业学习者的基本情况以及他们的学习动机、学习态度、学习效果进行了问卷调查,在分析调查结果的基础上对开放教育行政管理专业的教学内容和课程体系改革提出建议。

Teaching is a two- way process of interaction between teachers and learners and only we fully understand the learners,it can be targeted to carry out teaching work. This paper makes a survey on the basic situation of the students of the open education and network education administration of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics,and their learning motivation,learning attitude and learning effect to present several suggestions on the teaching contents and curriculum system.
