摘要
特殊教育教师通过教学对特殊学生施加教育影响,特殊教育教师的教学行为是其教育思想及教育素养的外在表现,它直接关系到特殊学生的身心发展、潜能开发以及教育康复训练的效果。但是,一些特殊教育教师的教学行为存在伦理失范现象,如教学态度不认真,体罚学生、课堂上不尊重学生等。针对特殊教育教师教学行为的伦理失范现象,研究者从四方面提出解决对策:爱心、用心、恒心、公平,期望特殊教育教师通过规范、合理的教学给予特殊学生最大的影响。
The special education teachers influence special students with teaching. The teaching behavior of the teachers is their external expression of teaching thought and educational qualities,which influence students＇ physical and mental development,potential development and the effects of educational rehabilitation training. But some teachers＇ teaching behavior has ethics demoralization. The author raised the following solving countermeasures,love,diligently,perseverance and justice.
