With the development of economic and society,there is a higher requirement on the ability of oral communication of the students of business English major. There is no doubt that the student with the same English knowledge,the same ability of reading and writing who has more power on oral communication will get broader career future. So the oral communication of the students of the business English major will affect their career development a lot. This article will describe the importance of oral communication of the business English major on their career development. We put forward some effective strategies on improving the ability of oral English communication of them.
