光肩星天牛幼虫感染绿僵菌后营养生理的变化研究

A Study on the Change of Anoplophora glabripennis about Nutritional and Physiological after Infecting the Metarhizium aunisopliae

光肩星天牛幼虫感染绿僵菌后,饲养于柳树枝条中,然后放入适于其正常生长的气候箱中。定时进行观察,同时选择感染明显的幼虫,称量其体重、计算其取食量。结果表明:光肩星天牛幼虫感染绿僵菌后取食量减少、体重增加变缓,营养生理变化显著。
