不同育苗基质对辣木出苗及生长的初步研究

Effect of different substrates on emergence rate and growth of M.oleifera

该试验根据辣木本身的特征特性,进行不同育苗基质出苗及生长情况的试验研究。试验结果表明:无论从出苗率、幼苗的健壮程度,还是播种后20d的平均株高来看,营养土最为理想,出苗率为78.9%,幼苗生长健壮,平均株高为8.4cm;其次是园土,出苗率为71.1%,幼苗生长较壮,平均株高为7.3cm;再次是营养土、鸡粪和园土,比例为1∶1∶1,出苗率为71.1%,幼苗生长较弱,平均株高为5.3cm,;最差为鸡粪、园土和沙子,比例为1∶0.5∶1,出苗率为46.7%,幼苗生长弱小,平均株高为5.0cm。

According to the characteristics of M.oleifera,This experiments test emergence rate and growth of M.oleifera on different substrates. The results show that, no matter from emergence rate,or to the growth of the robust, or the average plant height after sowing 20 d, nutrient soil is the most ideal substrate, the average germination rate was 78.9%, the seedling growth robust,the average pla nt height was 8.4cm; followed by the garden soil, the rate of emergence was 71.1%, seedling growth strong and average plant height was 7.3cm; thirdly, nutrition soil, chicken manure and garden soil, the ratio is 1：1：1,germination rate was 71.1%, the seedling growth is weak, the average plant height is 5.3cm; the worst is chicken manure, garden soil and sand, the ratio is 1：0.5：1, emergence rate is 46.7%, the seedling growth weak and average plant height is 5.0cm.
