摘要
采用紫外分光光度法对市场上蓝莓类产品中原花青素含量进行测定,在546 nm处测定吸光度,试验表明原花青素在10μg/mL^150μg/mL之间呈现良好的线性关系,认为以蓝莓为主要成分产品非常有必要标示原花青素含量,原花青素可以作为蓝莓类产品的质量控制指标。
To determine the content of(Proanthocyanidins) in blueberry products on the market by ultraviolet spectroscopy, absorbencies of samples were detected at 546 nm, the result indicated that there was a good linear relationship between the absorbency and the content of PC in the range of 10 μg/mL-150 μg/mL. It's suggested to label the content of PC and use it as a key indicator for blueberry products.
