摘要
鲜奶掺假事件时有发生,综述鲜奶中常见掺假物质及其检测方法,对方法的优缺点进行简要的分析,并着重介绍一种叫做非线性化学指纹图谱的方法,以期为有关管理部门和生产厂家进行产品全程质量控制和原料收购时的质量把关提供技术参考。
Milk adulteration events are still occurring. We summarize some common adulterant in milk and detection methods. Analysing the advantages and disadvantages of these methods,in order to privide reference for relevant administrative departments and manufacturers to carry out a whole quality control and for checking the quality of raw material when making acquisitions.
