全氟烷基化合物在长江流域水产品中的分布研究 被引量:8

摘要 全氟烷基化合物(PFASs)广泛存在于各种环境及生物体中,基于其环境持久性、生物机体的危害性以及难降解性,引起了人们的广泛关注。本研究考察了长江流域5个省份10个城市27种水产品中23种PFASs的残留水平,对长江流域水产品中PFASs污染情况进行分析和研究,得出长江流域水产品中PFASs的残留现状和规律,为全面了解并控制长江流域水产品PFASs残留提供基础数据。生物基质样品采用2%酸化乙腈提取,C_(18)和碳黑(GCB)净化,HPLC-MS/MS法测定。结合各种水产动物的生活习性、生态环境以及产品包装过程等特点,对不同水产品中PFASs的检出比例、种类及区域的检出含量水平进行比较分析,发现黄鳝(Monopterusalbus)中PFASs的检出比例相对较高,为78.95%;河蟹中PFASs的含量水平最高,为6.29μg/kg。湖北省水产品中的PFASs检出的总含量水平较其他省份高,为7.64μg/kg;长江流域5个省份水产品中全氟辛烷磺酸(perfluorooctane sulfonic acid,PFOS)检出含量水平较高,全氟辛酸(perfluorooctanoic acid,PFOA)的含量水平相对较低。本研究对长江流域水产品中PFASs的含量水平和残留特征进行了比较分析,这对于水产品中PFASs残留的消减与控制,具有一定参考价值。 Perflurorinated alkylated substances( PFASs) are widely distributed in a variety of environments and organisms. Due to their environmental persistence,their dangers to living organisms and as well as their difficult degradation,PFASs have caused extensive concerns. The study evaluated 23 PFASs residue levels in 27 aquatic products in10 cities of five provinces,and analyzed the current situation and laws of PFASs residue in the Yangtze River valley,which aimed to provide the basis data for understanding and controlling PFASs residues. Samples were extracted using 2% acidified acetonitrile,clarified by C18 and graphitized carbon black( GCB),and detected using HPLC- MS / MS.Considered various aquatic animals habits,their ecological environment,as well as their production of packaging,etc.,the study was carried on a comparatively analysis for PFASs detection ratio of different aquatic products and their detectable levels in different types and areas. The results were shown as follows. PFASs detection percentage was relatively high with a concentration of 78. 95% in Monopterusalbus,and the highest concentration reached to 6. 29 μg / kg in Eriocheir sinensis. The highest total PFASs level( 7. 64 μg / kg) was in Hubei province. The PFOS concentration was relatively higher compared with PFOA in five provinces. The study monitored PFASs levels of aquatic products in the Yangtze River valley,and comparatively analyzed their residue characteristics. These provided some references for the abatement and control of PFASs residues in aquatic products.
