复杂煤质燃煤电厂精细配煤的探讨

摘要 以各煤源点的近期煤质指标作为配烧或配存的依据,制定精细配煤方案,优化配煤调度,根据各时段机组的负荷情况确定各时段的煤质,根据发热量、硫分的不同,将进煤车辆在入厂煤采样机前分四区域排列,按配煤需求调度来煤车辆。经过不断摸索和总结,成功将入炉煤发热量控制在目标值的±100大卡内,硫分控制在目标值的±0.3%内。 According to the coal blending combustion and storage in different coal resources,the refined coal blending plan was given.According to the different requirement of coal quality in different load level,the optimal coal blending plan was determined by the heat productivity and sulfur,and the coal vehicle was arranged by 4 regions according to the requirement of coal blending. After summarization,the heat productivity was controlled within ± 100 caloric,and the sulfur within ± 0. 3%.
