信号注入式的剩余电流检测电路智能自检方法

An intelligent self-checking inspection method by signal injection of residual current detection circuit

介绍了一种信号注入式的剩余电流检测电路智能自检方法,用以克服现有技术的不足。包括检测剩余电流的电流互感器,在电流互感器上增加一段绕组,绕组与通过MCU控制模块的自检电路连接。自检电路通过MCU控制模块给绕组增加一个注入自检电流到电流互感器,并反馈到检测剩余电流的回路,用以对剩余电流检测回路正常与否进行检测。

This paper provided an intelligent self-checking inspection method which was a kind of signal injection type of residual current detection circuit to conquer deficiency of existing technology. This method used current transformer to detect residual current,need increase the current transformer winding,which was connected with self-checking circuit control module of the Micro Controller Unit（ MCU）. Moreover,this self-checking circuit injected a self-test current to winding,after that,add it in current transformer through the MCU control module,and was feedback to the detection of residual current circuit to check the residual current detection circuit was normal or not.
