摘要
人事档案作为人事管理活动中的产物是一种有效记录的方式方法。可以将个人的履历、奖惩、政治面貌等细致的记录下来作为企事业单位今后考察的重要材料和依据。由此人事档案管理有着更加艰巨的任务,在新时期逐渐向着现代化人事档案管理方向转变,为人事管理活动提准确、便捷的依据。对于当下我国人事档案管理存在的问题以及发展的方向做出深度的探析,希望为后来的研究者提供些建议。
Personnel file as the products of personnel management activities,which was an effective way to record. That could carefully record personal resume,rewards and punishments,political face as the important material and basis for enterprises and institutions to inspect in the future. In new era,personnel file management had a difficult task,it gradually shifted towards modern personnel file management,provided a basis for accurate and convenient in personnel management activities. The author made a deep analysis for the problem of the personnel archives management and the developing direction in our country,hope to offer some suggestions for researchers later.
