摘要
基于中国的电网分层分区的多级调度管理架构,通过研究和开发协调策略在南方电网网调及贵州省省调两个异构的自动电压控制系统间实现网省电压协调控制。协调策略会根据不同的调度分工做出自动改变。本文的优化计算范围从省级层面升级到网调层面,使得整个500 k V网架的无功电压达到最优分布。
Based on the multiple levels dispatch management architecture of the power grid in China,the province network voltage coordination control was realized by the isomerism automatic voltage control system,through the study and development of the coordination strategy in the Southern Power Grid dispatch and Guizhou province dispatch. The coordination strategy will be automatically changed according to the different dispatch work. The optimization calculation in this paper upgraded from the province level to the network level,which enabled the optimal distribution of reactive power voltage in the 500 kV network.
