Introduced a new type of insulation detection electrode for special purpose,in order to solve the instruments dielectric strength test inefficiently in hot-line working,accidentally touch terminal by electric shock. Analyzed from the design of the development process,safety and reliability,economy practical aspects made a concrete,verified the results of potential application value.
