Analysis of the Influence of the Ideological Trend of Pragmatism on College Students' Occupational Values and Relevant Solutions

实用主义思潮对大学生职业价值观中的职业心理动机、职业理想和职业评价都产生了深刻的影响。其影响具有双向性,应该辩证地看待,发挥积极影响,规避消极影响。针对实用主义在职业价值观中产生的影响,高校应该开设职业心理和道德教育课程,端正其职业心理动机;加强理想信念教育,引导大学生树立远大的职业理想;强调工作实习的重要性,增加大学生的职业实践体验,形成正确的职业评价。

The ideological trend of pragmatism has a profound influence on college students＇ occupational values such as their occupational psychological motivations,ideals and evaluations. However,there are two sides on the influence,which should be treated in a dialectic way. That is,the positive influence should be brought into play while the negative influence should be evaded. To better cope with it,this article puts forward relevant solutions like offering courses about occupational psychology and moral education to help students have right occupational psychological motivations,strengthening the education of ideals and beliefs to guide students in establishing lofty occupational ideals,and emphasizing the importance of working practice to increase students＇ occupational practical experience as well as helping them develop right occupational evaluations.
