摘要
在全球经济一体化进程中,在国家和社会加速转型时,石化企业面临巨大的生存发展压力。本文以中国石化下属特大型炼化一体化企业为样本,调查统计了承受社会转型和企业生存发展双重压力环境下的企业员工心理现状和存在问题。同时,应用马斯洛需求层次理论,对存在问题及原因进行了分类分析,重点探讨了EAP与企业人力资源、思想政治工作等管理模块之间的集成,探讨如何应用EAP理论和工具完善企业人本管理,提升员工工作绩效,使企业获得效益,使员工获得成长和发展,最终实现企业和员工的双赢。
With the progress of global economic integration and the acceleration of social transformation throughout the country, petrochemical companies are under great pressure for survival and development. The paper takes a mega refining & chemical enterprise subordinate to SINOPEC as the sample to investigate the mental status and problems of staff under the pressure from the social transformation as well as the company's struggle for survival and development. In addition, it uses Maslow's hierarchy of needs to analyze the problems and their causes, and discusses the integration between EAP and management modules such as human resource and ideological & political work, and how to improve humanistic management through the use of EAP theory and tools, aiming to improve staff performance which is in the interest of both the company and the staff.
