摘要
本文从国家层面和企业层面对炼化工程行业分包管理的制度进行政策解读,并提出现阶段规范建设工程分包管理的应对策略。
The paper offers an interpretation of the regulations at the national and enterprise levels regarding subcontracting management in the petrochemical engineering industry, and proposes measures that can be adopted to regulate activities in this area.
