摘要
本文从O2O培训在中国石化培训近年来应用的实践出发,结合国内外企业O2O培训的现状,探讨中国石化O2O培训模式的优势及发展前景,提出了O2O的"345"培训模式,构建了中国石化O2O培训发展蓝图。
Through an examination of the practice of 020 training in SINOPEC and the latest developments at home and abroad in this area, the paper discusses the advantages and prospects of SINOPEC＇s 020 training mode, puts forward the ＂345＂ mode, and comes up with a blueprint for the development of this initiative in SINOPEC.
